Considered one of the most influential contemporary American artists, Carrie Mae Weems has investigated family relationships, cultural identity, sexism, class, political systems, and the consequences of power.


Event is at capacity and registration is now closed. A standby line will form in the Lenfest Center lobby at 5:30pm. Overflow space for simulcast viewing will be available in the Katharina Otto-Bernstein Screening Room


Check-in for those registered will begin one hour prior to start time. Seating is limited and first come, first served. Advance registration does not guarantee seating; early arrival is suggested.
